Greetings sweet readers,

I have always thought it would be so amazing for your engagement photos to retrace your steps to your actual engagement. So, in an effort to ‘keep it real’, here’s how my photo shoot would go if I were to recreate my engagement…. first, I would be far too busy to take a ”drive”. I would ultimately be won over.  Then he would lead me to the ranch where we met and, with a speech that was very well rehearsed in a room that is 100 years old, he would ask me to spend the rest of his life with him. This is about the time where I start bawling. And then I realize that it is in fact April 1^st to which Hubby (now fiance) spends the next 5 minutes reassuring me that this in fact, is NOT a joke…. Some might say it’s not so ‘photo-worthy’ but we think it is perfect because it is our experience.

When I saw these photos of Lisa & Brian I thought, now here is a couple that has a “relive it” worthy engagement story. I love the way they look at each other; such obvious love. Fenway Park,  the Boston Public Library, then onto Copley Square so that this running couple (affectionately called “Brisa”), could be photographed by the Boston Marathon finish line.  Apropos, as Brian proposed at the end of a marathon.  Finishing the day at the City Bar where the couple first met, to enjoy some drinks and relax after a fun day of retracing the steps of their love story.
